Oh boy. Thanksgiving break is over and it’s back to the grind! After the past week’s feeding frenzy and lounging around, you may have come to the same realizations that I did:
1. A seriously long workout (or two or three) is definitely in order with nothing but salad on the menu for the rest of the week, and…
2. There’s a heck of a lot of stuff to do with catching up on work and preparing for Christmas that’s only a few short weeks away!
My to-do list started to grow in my head to the point of inaction. I actually found myself struggling with where to start. But then I snapped out of it and got back to basics by consolidating my to-do’s into one list and picking only a couple of priority tasks to tackle each day.
