Can you feel it? Christmas is in the air and I’m in the giving spirit! My Quick Tips seem to be the “favorite feature” for many of you (see right of this page under “Browse By Topic”). I think that’s because I show you videos of some of my favorite tips and organizing products to help simplify your life. This by far, is the most popular part of my blog.
Well…I love sharing these quick tips with you and was wondering if you were in the giving spirit too? Would you mind sharing some of your favorite organizing tips and products with me? You could win a prize! What prize you ask?
It’s a collapsable crate! I found this little gadget at IKEA. I love plastic crates but they can be seriously bulky when I’m not using them. But with these little babies…you can stack them on top of each other when they are up or folded down. Seriously…is this cool or what? I just got them the other day and have already used them several times to haul stuff out of IKEA (of course) and around the house. I’m keeping a couple of them in my car for when I do bulk grocery shopping at Sam’s and Cosco. These places don’t give you grocery bags to put your bulk items in (probably because most of their stuff is too big and well…bulky. Ha, ha…duh). Anyhoos, for the less bulky items these crates will come in handy. You can take them in the store folded down. Then after you’ve emptied your groceries on the conveyor belt, open the crates up and place them inside your shopping cart so the cashier can load the items into the cart after they’ve been rung up. That way you can simply pull the crates out of the cart and directly into your car. Is that brilliant or what?!!!
