I read an article this morning while going through my Get Simplifized Facebook feed and I thought it was worth passing on to you. It’s an article from Apartment Therapy called :

Sometimes we go through life mindlessly on auto pilot and end up taking things for granted like our health, our homes, our food, and our relationships. This short article with 8 tips helps put into perspective the idea that if we simply slow down and really appreciate what we have, we can have more peace in our lives and in our homes.
