Use Over the Door Organizers to Organize Your Home Office

What does a gal have to do to have a little home office organization?  Recently I was having trouble finding a place for my little collection of office supplies. It’s funny because I’ve got an awesome backyard home office shed (built by none other than my awesome husband, Dan…see picture to the right) that I’m able to store most of my office equipment and supplies in, but I wanted to keep a basic stash of supplies in the house for the rest of my family to use.

Problem was, with a family of four and only three bedrooms in our cozy 1800 sq ft home, I wasn’t quite sure where to keep all of my supplies.  Sure I could stash them in a drawer or throw them together in a bin in a closet, but you know that’s just not going to work for this ever-so-slightly OCD and oh so organized gal! I needed something that wouldn’t take up a lot of space but that would organize my supplies with easy access for the rest of my family.

And then it hit me! “Well, duh Vanessa…why don’t you use a product that you use with your clients all the time?” And so I did.  A brilliantly simple yet extremely perfect organizing solution for my office supply dilema.  I decided to use an over the door organizer. Yup…and it only cost me $8 (plus a little time and label tape).  Sweet!
